stands at about 5'11. Has one fang that sticks out from his mouth on his left side. horns are uneven. Carries a cane always for support as his right leg is slightly weaker than the other. Wears an old fashioned military uniform matching his blood color. Build wise he is pretty thin with broad shoulders.
Personality: Caesel Divide is cold and an introvert to most of those around him. He prefers that he handle most of the tasks available so the others 'don't mess it up.' Towards others his main mentality would be. "I don't need 'friends.' All I need are subordinates who will do whatever I say." He highly respects the power of those in authority. He is a strong believer in law and order and feels that there needs to be a tight grip in order to maintain it. He is capable of kindness but he does not show it for not wanting others to think he is 'weak'. He always tries to make himself seem strong and capable, despite his need for glasses and a cane to help him walk normally. He has a lot of personal pride and is very stubborn, for example, if he had fallen down and someone had tried to help him up, he would shove them aside and push himself up to his feet, no matter how ungraceful it looked. His personality makes it very easy to hate him. He will never talk back to a person of higher rank or status than him. Anyone below him though will be talked down to and ridiculed by him, unless he is told to back off by a person higher than him.
Powers/Abilities: No powers. His main ability would be high strategic prowess when commanding others.
History: Caesel Divide came originally from Alternia where he lived in a highly populated area with lots of lowbloods. From a young age he had been training himself to eventually become an officer in the Alternian Military. He read countless books of past military generals and books on strategy. Played strategic simulators and anything that would give him an edge as a commander on the field. When he was young he had made a couple of friends out of the lowbloods who lived around him, however he was harassed by many others for not being as strong as he should be. One day when he was with one of his friends, a group of lowbloods began to harass him, when he called for his friend to save him. He only stood and watched. By the end of the abuse he had a leg crushed in several places and many bruises. He had been used to the abuse as he couldn't even escape it in his own home. His lusii was a badger that could go from being the sweetest creature on the planet to the most vicious animal within seconds. However what hurt him most was the fact that his friend did not help him when he needed it most. He grew to despise lowbloods, thinking them 'brutes and savages'. When he grew to the age of 7.5 sweeps, he had gotten his lusus into a fit and was hiding from it's wrath. When it finally found him, as it lunged and he screamed he suddenly disappeared. Reappearing in front of the great magical tree of Aquariet, where he resides today. He has lived in the outer city, working as an apprentice to the captain of the guard of the current police force.
Journal sample: [Caesel gave a condescending look] What business could you possibly have with me? I am not here for your entertainment. I have a job, and you are getting in the way of it. Leave, NOW.
Prose sample: AIt was just another day at the station, there were people running down hallway to hallway, room to room, speaking to superiors or leaving to investigate a crime that had been reported. Caesel sat down in his chair which was in a room opposite the presiding captain of the guard for the outer city of Aquariacet. He had many documents in front of him, crimes being reported in the area which had been escalating as of late. He let out a low sigh as he examined the document further. It read, 'two murders reported along the leo walkway. Suspected cause: Gang Violence. please send a guard to investigate.' this has been the norm for about 2 weeks now as two of the local gangs had begun a turf war in the area. The Defense Force has not been able to do much to stop them as there has been difficulty getting the higher-ups to let them to take further action against the gangs. It made Caesel sick. He glanced down at the paper again before letting out a low sigh and pushed himself away from his chair. his hand gripped for his cane and he pushed himself up to his feet and walked out of the room, closing the door shut behind him and walking into the captain of the guard's office. "Sir, there has been several more murders on the Leo walkway. I believe it would be wise to send a detachment of guards there to keep the peace in that area." the captain of the guard, looking up at him from the already stacked pile of paperwork gave an exhausted sigh as he sheepishly replied. "Yeah, I wish. I don't know whats going on in the Inner City but they aren't seeing the dangers out here. We will just have to be patient." Caesel stiffened a bit, a barely audible growl hissed through his lips. He would have yelled out his disapproval of waiting. However he had to remain silent. he could tell the captain was waiting for him to say something, however he knew that if he spoke out it would land him in deep trouble for trying to go against authority. His body relaxed a bit and he said quietly. "Very well... I will keep you updated." The captain nodded and went back to his work. Caesel left the room and quietly walked back to his own room and sat back in his desk and began to look through more paperwork.
Anything else: Caesel lives with the lowbloods because he feels like someone needs to keep them in line, and that if he took the matter into his own hand he would make sure they don't try to 'rise up' on the higher classes. Thus joining the Policing force to help give himself some power and influence, no matter how little it be. To make sure he can keep them in line. He is very strict on the blood system in the fact that he hates pretty much any blood color below jade. He is strictly elitist with them, believing himself superior to them. Despite of course him being bested by them in the past. He clings to his ego that he is better than them, that they are all brutes and savages and he is above them, both morally and mentally. (if you think there need to be changes or anything just ask)
