PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Caesel is very touchy when it comes to display of affection. As in, if anyone tried to hug him, they would probably be shoved away immediately, or if it was someone of higher rank than him he would very much imply that he doesn't like to be touched. Overtime if he becomes close to someone though, this might change. Kissing him might result with a small wack from his cane.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: If he is threatened with physical violence. If it was anyone lower than him he would begin a long strew of insults and other things, if they persist and attack, it will do nothing to change his position, but he will fight back, he isn't the best fighter, because of his weakened leg, he has the strength of a normal soldier and has worked around his leg problem. If he is threatened by a person of higher rank. He will promptly take the beating no matter how severe it would be. Because in his mind he had failed them in some way and deserved the punishment.
RELATIONSHIPS: I'd like to see it happen eventually. Caesel would be a very tough nut to crack though. He is very strong in his position that he doesn't need anyone else for anything and has built a wall around himself from outsiders. He has a "I don't need friends, I just need subordinates who do as I say." mentality.
PSYCHIC AND PSIONIC INFORMATION: Can be harmed both ways.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: No magic
MEDICAL INFORMATION:He needs glasses to see clearly, if they are off his vision is heavily blurred. His leg is also weakened and requires a cane to walk normally without pain.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Badgers, they remind him of his lusus and he will go into a fit of both rage and/or fear depending on how they are brought up. If someone calls him their 'friend' he will not give the most pleasant reaction.

VISUAL: He is usually wearing crisp military style clothing. High collars, boots. Always looks a bit grumpy.
AURAL: I actually have a headcannon voice for him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PyeaBiAYCRc (about a minute in, the one with blue hair) perhaps a bit less deep of a voice. but generally the same idea.
OLFACTORY: doesn't really have a smell.
DEMEANOR: Always walks with back straight, stands tall and shows much pride in his stance. Occasionally seen leaning on his cane more than usual, however he tries to not to show this in public. Stands at attention always when around superiors.
